Refund Policy

Return
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, items must be returned in original condition tags etc if not these will not be accepted. Please return with your invoice (if not available just a paper with details on what you would like to do). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you an exchange. 
  • Item(s) must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, which must be in good condition, if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.
  • Items purchased with an influencers promotional code can be returned
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
  • Any items received FAULTY must be reported and can easily contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. 
Refund
If product is damaged, broken or not up to customers standard of purchase prior to opening and using the products. If you are looking to refund our products simply contact this email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
  • Any SALE items are final sales and cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged (unless the item is faulty or there is a dispatch error)
We do not accept responsibility for any returns/exchanges lost in transit, recommend using a tracked service. Sale/preorder items are final and not eligible for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund.
